Two cleaning services (Carpet cleaning and One off cleaning) at special discount package price*- All prices are exclusive of VAT. Parking fee may apply. Two services (carpet cleaning and one off cleaning) need to be used at the same time. The property where the cleaning take place needs to be empty of personal belongings .All carpets have to be clean of any possessions and rubbish. Additional charge may apply for removing bulk rubbish, personal belongings, pet’s hair, and water sucking after flood, stain treatment, scotch guard treatment of the carpets. The above discount package prices apply for the following carpeted areas and overall property sizes:
Studio flat – Bed/Living room, Hallway (up to 50 sq m/500 sq ft)
One bed flat – Living room, Bedroom, Hallway/ Corridor (up to 70 sq m/ 700 sq ft)
Two bed flat – Living room, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, Hallway/Corridor (up to 100 sq m/ 1000 sq ft)
Three bed flat - Living room, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, 3 Bedroom, Hallway/Corridor (up to 120 sq m/ 1200 sq ft)
One bed house - Living room, 1 Bedroom, Stairs/Hallway (up to 70 sq m/ 700 sq ft)
Two bed house - Living room, 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedroom, Stairs/Hallway (up to 100 sq m/ 1000 sq ft)
