What areas do you cover?
We cover all London areas within M25 and all surrounding counties. Central London, East London, West London, North London, South London, North East London, North West London, South East London, South West London.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured.
Do you work on Weekends and Bank Holidays?
Yes, we do. Our cleaners work 7 days per week.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on completion of job, BACS, all major debit and credit card (additional fee of 3% applies) and Pay Pal (do not need to have an account).
Do you provide guarantee with your services?
Quality is important to us and we will not leave the job until the customer is fully satisfied from our service.
Can you provide references from customers?
Yes, references are available on request.
How long in advance do I need to book a service?
The earlier you book the better. We will do our best to book you on short notice too.
Carpet Cleaning FAQ
What method of carpet cleaning do you use?
Home cleaning is using a steam carpet cleaning which is still the most efficient carpet cleaning method.
How much does it cost to clean a carpet?
For studio flat the prices start from £50, for one bed flat from £60 and for two bed flat from £ 80. For more discount prices please check SPECIAL OFFERS.
Do you charge pеr job or per hour?
We charge per job.
Do you have a minimum charge?
A minimum charge of £50 apply for all carpet cleaning services.
Do you charge extra for parking and congestion charge?
We do not charge fee for congestion charge. An extra fee for parking may apply.
How long it takes to complete the cleaning?
Normally it takes from 2 to 4 hours but it all depends on the size of the property and the level of soil.
How long does it take for the carpet to dry completely?
Normal drying time is from 4 to 6 hours.
Do you offer an emergency carpet cleaning in case of fire or flood?

What is the minimum duration per visit?
3 hours per visit.
What is a regular cleaning?
A cleaning service which is carried out on daily, weekly or fortnight basis.
How often and how many hours do I need for a regular cleaning?
It depends on the type and the frequency of service you require. If you do not know what service you need we will be happy to advice on the best option.
How do I pay for regular cleaning?
Either monthly or after every visit.
Can I have the same cleaner every week?
It is our practice to send the same cleaner .
Do you provide a one off cleaning services?
Yes, we do.
Do you charge per hour or per job?
We charge per hour when the customer specifies the duration for the cleaning and we charge per job when the one off cleaning is part of the package cleaning service. For more detail check SPECIAL OFFERS.

Do you provide cleaning services out of office hours?
We provide office cleaning services around the clock.
Are your cleaners insured?
We are fully insured.
Who provides the cleaning materials and equipment?
For regular cleaning service the equipment and materials are normally supplied by the customer. There will be additional cost for materials and equipment when we supply them. For one off cleaning services all the materials and equipment are inclusive.
Do you offer a complete cleaning solution?
Home Cleaning will inspect and advise on the best cleaning solution. We provide a customer tailored cleaning solutions which will meet their expectations and budgets.
Do you provide a window cleaning?
We provide internal and external window cleaning services.
Do you provide one off cleaning service?
We provide a wide range of one off cleaning services as: move in/out cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, after builders cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor cleaning, and window cleaning.
Do you do after builders cleaning?
Yes we do.
