Carpet vacuum cleaning

Vacuuming the carpet is a every day job to our home cleaners. We start cleaning your carpet by vacuuming with the most heaviest trafficked areas as well as vacuum obviuous soiling. Our cleaning experts are equiped with very powerful vacuum cleaners. Our vacuum cleaners have are safisticated machines that provide very good quality carpet cleaning:
*An upright vacuum cleaner with a brush bar to beat more dirt out of the carpet.
*Cylinder with a power nozzle which relies on suction alone – comes in handy if the cleaner is lacking strenght to push an upright or having difficulties cleaning upstairs.

Our professioal cleaners follow specific Vacuum cleaning instructions for achieving the best results:
*Go over a piece of carpet up to seven times.
*Set the vacuum cleaner according to the pile level of the carpet – unless it has an automatic adjustment.
*Use slow, even stroke and go back and forth several times, to work both with and against the grain of the carpet pile. Finish with stroke that all go in the same direction. In plush carpets with pile, this will give a smooth finish, rather than just-cut lawn stripes.
*Move light furniture into the centre of the room before start vacuum cleaning.
*If there is a rug, turn it over and vacuum the underside.
*Animals hair is often a problem when vacuuming carpets. If vacuum cleaner is unable to clean animals hair, use a lint roller or a piece of double-over tape to pick them up.

Carpet steam cleaning

Professional steam cleaning also known as ‘The Rolls Royce method’ will remove ground in dirt from the carpet. Our home cleaning experts will use several cleaning units for this purpose:
*One of them is a truck-mounted unit.

Carpet shampoo cleaning

A good compromise is to shampoo the carpet, using a water-extraction machine.
*Before performing shampoo cleaning, vacuum the carpet.
*Move furniture out of the room.
*For all non wool carpets use hot water.
*For wool based carpets use cold water to avoid shrinkage.
*Start in the far corner of the room and move very slowly up and down. Move too quickly, and the machine will lay down wet shampoo solution, but won’t have the time to suck it up.
*Stop to empty out dirty water and refill with shampoo and fresh water.
*When finish cleaning open a window to air the room.
*Wait until carpet is fully dry before putting back heavy furniture or walking on it in shoes (wet carpet is most vulnerable to damage!).
